My 9-step process to go from 3 content ideas to 100 content pieces in 5 minutes

My 9-step process to go from 3 content ideas to 100 content pieces in 5 minutes

⚠️ Step 1: Document life and business with journals + Enrich with AI

Here’s my typical day of journaling. One simple template and one simple entry. Takes anywhere from 2-5 minutes

👇

Paste your journal entry into ChatGPT (or any other chatbot)

The prompt I used:

The result I got:

Use this prompt to get 20 key messages:

Can you brainstorm and multiply my existing key messages? They should all be closely related to each other. The root of a hidden message should be unconventional wisdom that nobody else would think about in a format of a fact 1 affirmative-sentence

KEY MESSAGES: [...]

⚠️ Step 2: Drag key messages onto the Content Matrix Template

In the first row you see a list of different angles you can use for every key message.

3 content angles x 20 key messages. This step is for you to visualize what you have already used and what not.

⚠️ Step 3: Use the ICP messaging guidelines

To make the content working for your brand let’s think of who your customers are. Here’s my template:

⚠️ Step 4: Add Mental Models

Next variations and different outcomes could be achieved with different mental models. Here are my favorite:

  • Pain vs. pleasure

  • Decoy effect

  • Social proof

  • Liking

  • Exclusivity

  • Authority

  • Association

⚠️ Step 5: Use copywriting formulas

These are my favorites. You can find loads of them but these are enough.

VFA Formula

Hook Retain Award (from $100M Leads)

4P Formula

The Three M’s of Content

⚠️ Step 6+7: Multiply existing key messages with ICP, mental models, and copywriting + Write Headlines

Compile everything we got in previous steps into one prompt and paste to GPT

Based on the hook data behind writing a good hook, write 3 different hooks for each key message. You have to follow the mental model listed below and ICP profile of our company.

How?

- Use numbers
- Show proof of work (I read / analyzed / signed / created…)
- Emphasize the benefit (“how to achieve X…”)
- Emphasize the pain point ("…without having to Y.")
- Suggest originality ("underrated", “ignored”, “underappreciated”, “lesser known”)
- Add just a little controversy ("most people do X and are wrong"

Here's a few components you can use:
- recency
- relevancy
- celebrity
- proximity
- conflict
- unusual
- ongoing
